eCommerce Manager / 서울 서대문구 본사 근무
Implement digital strategy to increase visits & engagement to Nespresso touchpoints and translate it into operational plan:
Ÿ Manage the local strategy to deliver upon audience acquisition & digital visibility objectives
Ÿ Implement digital operations on a daily basis to achieve acquisition objectives (SEM, display, affiliation, emailing, social media)
Ÿ Monitor digital acquisition KPIs and deliver upon ROI targets
Ÿ Accountable for the exploration, assessment and development of local eRetailing initiatives (on both retailers.com and on pure players - e.g. Gmarket/ Auction/ 11st street/ Coupang/others) in collaboration with and in support of the Commercial Dept.
Drive day-to-day eCommerce channel development & running:
Ÿ Manage the local eBusiness plan to reach conversion, sales & customers satisfaction objectives
Ÿ Accountable to optimize e-merchandising & customer journey leveraging CRM insights & guidance to increase conversion & average basket size
Ÿ Accountable on delivering Global Marketing & Commercial digital activities on-time
Drive Digital Operations:
Ÿ Accountable to ensure all eBusiness activities & KPIs are tracked
Ÿ Accountable to ensure seamless operations with Korea CRC digital team managing all support to digital customers
Ÿ Accountable to provide Intl’ eBusiness team with Korea needs / roadmap to support local activities and enrich global strategy
Ÿ Feedback eBusiness HQ team to consolidate KPIs, share best practices, input ideas or report innovative digital initiatives from competition
Develop People and Organization:
Ÿ Establish the appropriate organization in line with the operational plan (OP) and international guidelines
Ÿ Recruit, develop, motivate and manage a team to deliver superior performance and results
Ÿ Manage and comply with the HR and Line Manager’s Planning Cycle
Ÿ Manage the development and evolution of the eBusiness function in the Market/Region
Ÿ Ensure local eBusiness functions training capabilities
Ÿ Apply all Digital Nespresso guidelines at Channel level
Ÿ Ensure all legal terms & conditions are compliant with local laws
Ÿ Implement all action plans following Market Assessment
Ÿ Business degree preferred
Ÿ Fluent English and Korean language (written & oral)
Ÿ At least 7 years experiences in eBusiness (in-depth knowledge and expertise of the specific Korean eCom environment)
Ÿ Strong experience in Digital Marketing activities to drive traffic on websites (SEO, SEM, Affiliation, Display…)
Ÿ Strong experience in Website running (Content Management, eMerchandising, A/B testing & personalization)
Ÿ Experience in building eBusiness operations (organization, processes, guidelines) a strong plus
Ÿ People management experience is a must, in leading and managing cross functional team
Ÿ Stakeholder Management in a matrix organization
