2.  [직무내용]
 
1) Strategy
 
Act as a key link between the field operations and the NN Strategy, by coordinating and implementing the B2B strategy
 
Develop, implement and execute vision and strategy for the Nespresso B2B business for the different office channels in the market
 
Develop and manage the markets distribution network according to the Channel & Distribution strategy defined by HQ
 
Effectively collaborate with B2C Division in view to overall brand/business development and management of shared services
 
 
2) Develop and communicate key priorities and targets for the sales organization
 
Sets the yearly targets for the Sales Force with the B2B Commercial Manager
 
Co-ordinate and review the pipeline of potential customers & growth opportunities on a regular basis for efficient Sales -Force Management
 
Propose and follow up of Sales Force specific regional actions / promotions / trade fairs in order to reach the sales targets
 
Provide strategic direction/input for business development and field sales strategies in line with business requirements
 
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
 
 
3) Accountable and Responsible to ensure achievement of agreed sales targets/KPIs
 
Execute international commercial guidelines (e.g. Sales and Trade Terms, channel guidelines, SF remuneration, etc.)
 
Ensure achievement of agreed Field Sales plan and targets/KPIs
 
Perform regular and accurate reporting of Sales Force productivity (monthly, weekly, daily) and potential action to be taken
 
Develop Key Accounts together with the Key Account Managers and Field Sales Force
 
Challenge the sales organization to ensure its effectiveness and meet evolution of business requirements
 
Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
 
Ensure effective liaison with B2B peers, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, CRC and other functions to manage trade off and drive for overall objectives achievement and ensure customer satisfaction
 
 
4) Manage the team to achieve or exceed business targets
 
In order to develop high performing teams and in alignment with the People process cycle
 
Create the context: create alignment, lead by example, promote an open culture and our values in a sustainable way
 
Select talent: recruit and onboard people and plan capabilities for the future
 
Develop people: coach, define effective (70-20-10) development plan and identify talent, building the right capabilities for the team and for the organization long-term success
 
Drive performance: empower and enable people, give and receive feedback, evaluate and differentiate performance, constantly challenge the set up organization to ensure its results and effectiveness
 
Recognize achievements: give and receive recognition, reward performance
 
 
5) Ensure premium Brand Values and Customer Experience consistency
 
Ensure consistency between the Nespresso Brand and the Consumer/Customer experience
 
Ensure a professional sales service in accordance with the Nespresso Brand Image
 
Ensure, in compliance with the CRC team, that the organization responds flexibly to customers expectations and optimize the service if necessary
 
 
6) Share, implement and sustain best commercial practices
 
Cascade information collected during (inter)national conventions and meetings to the team
 
Identify, implement, sustain and share best practice (market/HQ)
 
Challenge areas of improvement supported by concrete action plans
 
 
7) Adhere to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations
 
Ensure that all commercial B2B activities are managed according to Nestlé and Nespresso business principles
 
Ensure that all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes are communicated and implemented within the team
 
Be accountable for the compliance of sales force with all policies, procedures and standards
 
 
3.  [자격요건]
 
At least 5 years in B2B (direct sales) environment and at least 2 years Sales Management experience and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
 
Has consistently demonstrated success in a number of challenging and diverse sales roles
 
Successful track record of managing and developing people with proven leadership ability to drive and motivate sales team
 
Experience in marketing is a plus
